(She/Her/Hers) I have been teaching elementary general/choral music at Madrona since since 2016. I have a Master’s Degree in Music Education, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in music performance and music education. I also have Kodaly certification from Seattle Pacific University and NYU, Orff-Schulwerk certification from Hofstra University, and Dalcroze Eurythmics training from Julliard. I love living in the Northwest with my husband and two daughters!
(She/Her) I have been teaching since 2016. I am a Seattle University grad, originally from Wisconsin. I live in the Central District with my partner and 2 kids. You might see me in the wild, jogging the stairs at the east end of Marion street down to the beach.
My name is Ms. Ebony and I am the new Admin Secretary here at Madrona. This is my second school year term, and my first year as a Admin Secretary. I am looking forward to building strong relationships with my fellow baby Panthers. Ensuring your kiddos feel safe and comfortable with me while at school is my number one goal. I am looking forward to an exciting journey with your kiddos as they grow through Madrona.
I love teaching and living in the central district in Seattle. Reading can take us to magical places, help us make informed decisions and learn new things! My goal is to help all students learn to find a love of reading! On the weekends I like to spend time in nature with my dogs and family, read a good graphic novel and (attempt) to bake.
(He/Him) I have taught kindergarten at Madrona since 2023. I am so grateful for this incredible community of students, families, and teachers! I am originally from North Carolina and I hold a Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of Georgia. I have always wanted to teach Kindergarten in Seattle, and I feel very lucky to be able to pursue my dream!
